WHAT THIS LOOKS LIKE IN PRACTICE

When training isn't the right solution

A business unit requested training to address repeated errors in a customer-facing process within a government service environment.

Through a targeted analysis, i identified the issue was not a knowledge gap, but unclear and outdated guidance within internal knowledge articles.

Rather than proceeding with training, i recommended updating and restructuring the knowledge content to improve clarity, accessibility and usability at the point of need.

This approach reduced reliance on training, improved accuracy in task completion, and ensured staff could access the right information quickly within their workflow.
